Founded in the 1970’s by the late John Wasilchak, former real estate entrepreneur, land developer and businessperson, JW Management acts as the owner operator of our full-service commercial real estate multi-tenant firm. In 1978, John’s real estate investments lead him to the purchase 1625 Mockingbird Mall in the Dallas Stemmons Corridor and Westgate Plaza in the Arlington Entertainment District. The investment portfolio grew over the years as the Dallas and Fort Worth area rapidly expanded. The areas of real estate and business investment targeted Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, Grand Prairie, Bedford, Hurst, Richland Hills, Rendon, Cleburne, & Glen Rose.
