Founded in the 1970’s by the late John Wasilchak, a former real estate entrepreneur, land developer & businessperson, JW Management acts as the owner-operator of our full-service commercial real estate multi-tenant properties strategically located in North Arlington, Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas.

Overview of JW Management DFW Real Estate and Office Warehouse Leasing
In 1978, John’s real estate investments lead him to the purchase 1625 Mockingbird Business Park in the Dallas Stemmons Corridor and Westgate Plaza in the Arlington Entertainment District.
The investment portfolio grew over the years as the Dallas and Fort Worth area rapidly expanded. The areas of real estate and business investment targeted Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, Grand Prairie, Bedford, Hurst, Richland Hills, Rendon, Cleburne, & Glen Rose.

In 2012, Craig Wasilchak stepped in as the Corporate Operations Officer to help co-lead the team to manage and grow the commercial real estate business.
The managed assets consist of multi-tenant and single tenant properties as well as a portfolio of land investments in the Southwest area of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex including Rendon, and Cleburne.

In 2016 – 2021 alone, JW Management reinvested over $2,000,000.00 into our Westgate Plaza and 1625 Mockingbird Mall multi–tenant properties. The leadership team understands in order to provide a Class A Building a Commercial Real Estate Management Company must be willing to invest millions of dollars back into property improvements. In order to compete and supply the best of class Office, Flex, Industrial, and Warehouse suites, we have fully updated and renovated newly leased spaces.
What does it take to be rated as a Class A buildings according to the Office Building Classifications? Both the Westgate Plaza and 1625 Mockingbird buildings are well-located in major employment centers and have good transit, vehicular and pedestrian access. Additionally, they are located in proximity to a high number of retail establishments and business-oriented or fast–casual restaurants. The building services are characterized by above-average upkeep and management.
